Join us for a fabulous evening of food, wine and conversation at the Pleasanton Hotel in downtown Pleasanton. John Christopher Cellars and Chef Chris Smith will present you with food that has been specifically paired to enhance the best flavors of the food and wine in a beautiful and elegant setting.

The menu is now listed on the Pleasanton Hotel's website at : www.pleasantonhotel.com - it looks absolutely delicious! Winemaker Tom Doczy and Chef Chris Smith will provide brief comments between courses about the wine and food served.  We are so excited to be sharing a Winemaker evening with all of you - please mark your calendars and make your reservations for this wonderful evening!

We have a great new wine for all our FLIGHTS Club members to taste this Memorial Day Weekend. This tasting is exclusively available to Club members. The first ever tasting of our 2006 Madden Ranch Cabernet will be available on Saturday and Sunday. Future purchases will be available to Club members only. The grapes were grown in football legend John Maddens vineyard in eastern Livermore. This is the first release of a Madden Ranch Cab -  don't miss this special event!
