2005 Quixotic

This wine blend was created by winemaker Tom Doczy. It features two of our most popular  wine varietals - the 2005 Syrah (completely sold out) and our almost sold out 2005 Petite Sirah. The blend is 50% Syrah and 50% Petite Sirah. This wine was aged for 32 months in French and American Oak with a resulting silkiness that is delicious. Bold fruit and complexity compound to make this a very enticing bottle of wine. It is a food friendly wine that will enhance  many entrees including braised lamb, gourmet sausage or even duck breast for the more adventurous.
