2005 Syrah- Livermore Valley

An incredible new release for us, this Syrah was aged for 32 months in French and American Oak. Big flavors of berry and smooth tannins; it finishes with a unique vanilla whisper - not your typical Syrah! While this is the first time we produced Syrah as a single varietal, this is one of the wines we use in our always popular Starfall as well as Endeavor. We produced around 87 cases of this wine and it will disappear quickly. Priced reasonably for a wine aged for this length of time - try some today!

This wine will pair nicely with any big flavored beef; a rib-eye sounds perfect!
