2005 Epic

For our second release of Epic we changed the varietals that we used slightly. Epic-2nd release now includes Petite Sirah, Syrah and Merlot. This is a medium bodied wine with lots of fruit character and some spice. Soft tannins make it very drinkable now. If you liked Courtyard Red, this wine is similar in style. Perfect for summer time sipping and great with all your BBQ'd foods, especially chicken, pork and salmon on the grill. Priced for everyday use - this wine is very popular in the tasting room and is a great addition to your JCC wine selections!
