2007 Petite Sirah - Lodi
This Petite Sirah is big and full bodied, matching the character of our previous vintages. The grapes are from our favorite Petite Sirah vineyard in Lodi. The wine was aged for 20 months in American oak for added complexity. Its intense color and medium tannins complement flavors of blueberry, and vanilla. Enjoy this with a great Filet Mignon, Rib Eye or your favorite cut of beef.

Petite Sirah is anything but Petite. This grape varietal is characterized by huge flavors of intense fruit and a deep dark color that for JCC is inky black. Pepper is usually a background note and it always finishes long and comlex. Try this wine if you like intense, big flavored wines!
